FORMER United States of America President Barrack Obama has reacted to the assassination of Charlie Kirk on Wednesday, September 10, 2025.

In a tweet on his official X monitored by SOJ WORLDWIDE, Obama said this “kind of despicable violence has no place in United States democracy.”

He added that he and his wife Michelle will be praying for his wife and two kids he left behind.

“We don’t yet know what motivated the person who shot and killed Charlie Kirk, but this kind of despicable violence has no place in our democracy.

Michelle and I will be praying for Charlie’s family tonight, especially his wife Erika and their two young children” Obama said.
