BREAKING: Battles of SANs in Court over alleged murder of Timothy Adegoke

THE legal tussle over the alleged murder of Timothy Adegoke continued on Thursday at the Osun Stare High Court sitting in Osogbo.

THE Prosecuting Counsel, Mr Femi Falana (SAN) and Defense Counsel slugged it out in the court on Thursday, December 15, 2022 over the authority of Falana to prosecute the case.

Falana was asked if he has the fiat, he said he has it and that he will bring it in the next adjournment date.  That was after arguments between the Defending and Prosecuting Counsels.

The Justice, Mrs Adepele-Ojo ruled that she expected Falana to come with the fiat from the Attorney General of the State to the Court in the next sitting.

The case was in progress as at the time of filing this report.
