FRIENDS, political associates and family members on Monday, July 21, 2025 paid their last respect to Mrs. Foluke Akintayo Amere who died after a brief illness on Sunday, July 20, 2025 at the age of 59.
Mrs. Amere was the wife of former member of the Federal House of Representatives representing Ayedire/Iwo/Ola-Oluwa Federal Constituency, Osun State, Hon Gafar Akintayo Amere.
The Farewell Church Service was anchored by Pastor (Dr) Adejum of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG at Hon. Amere’s residence at 1, Amere Crescent, Ori Eru Iwo, Iwo, Osun State.
Interment followed immediately at CAN Cemetery along Oyo Road, Opposite College of Education, Iwo.
She is survived by her aged father, husband and three children.
