
Police operatives have arrested three suspected members of a notorious robbery gang that has reportedly terrorised residents for months. The suspects were apprehended with stolen goods worth ₦31,750,000.00.

According to police sources, the breakthrough followed credible intelligence that one Ezekiel Inije was attacked and robbed at gunpoint by a five-man armed gang along the Coca-Cola Area, Asejire corridor in Ibadan.
Thanks to timely information from vigilant members of the public, the police quickly mobilised to track the suspects.

The Commissioner of Police, Oyo State Command, CP Femi Haruna, immediately directed the CP Monitoring Unit to act.

Operatives traced the syndicate to the Oko area of Ogbomoso, where three suspects were successfully arrested.
