ILERI-OLUWA Next Level Progressive Movement (INLPM) Coordinator Chief OWOEYE Samuel Abiodun (OSA) said the Governor of Osun State, Adegboyega Oyetola deserves the overwhelming votes he enjoyed from the members of All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Saturday Primary elections to choose the candidate of the party for July 16, 2022 elections saying the victory is a signal that July elections will be a walkover for him.

Owoeye made the statement on Saturday when Oyetola defeated his closest contestant handsdown in all the 30 Local Government Areas of the State.

He told SOJ WORLDWIDE ONLINE NEWS (http://www.sojworldnews.com), that the huge turnouts of voters signify that the people appreciate good governance Oyetola exhibited within three of governing the state.

Owoeye said Saturday elections proved to the world that members of the ILERI-OLUWA Next Level fulfilled one of its promises to support him in winning all the Local Governments in the State when the group paid a courtesy visit to him few weeks ago at the Government House.

Owoeye said,
“What would have surprised us was if our Principal, Adegboyega Oyetola could not get our party’s ticket to run for Second Term but with the margin and the overwhelming votes our Governor had on Saturday it was a testimony that Oyetola is a man of the people, his laudable performance in just three years despite paucity of funds available to him in the State is a testimony.”

“Despite all the intimidations and physical attacks on our members we are able to garner the support of the masses is an evidence that the governorship election would be a walkover for our Principal.”

“We were with the Governor when he visited all the Federal Constituencies in the State where the Monarchs, market men and women, youths received and commended him for all the infrastructural developments across the state without making much noise about it. In fact, Oyetola is a salent achiever who believes his works will speak for rather than making noise.

“Our movement (INLPM) will not relent until we see Oyetola winning the Second Term in July by the Grace of Almighty God.

That is our next project.”

“We congratulates our amiable Governor for this unique victory. We wish to commend all our members for their resilience, steadfastness and their loyalty to the party despite threats from every nook and cranny of the State.

The last but not the least, we commend all our security agencies which inckude the Police, Army, the DSS, NSCDC, The Amotekun and other paramilitary forces for securing the State at the time we needed them most.

I am overwhelmed with joy with our performance, I wish to thanks all members of the ILERI-OLUWA Next Level Progressive Movement for their tenacity, loyalty and for standing by me to achieve this success together. They did not betray the trust I reposed in them to join forces with the opposition to truncate our well deserved victory.”
