A notorious popular herbalist, suspected ritualist and kidnapper identified as Obi Levi Obieze was arrested by the men of the Immigration Service along Lagos-Seme Border by the vigilant operatives.
The herbalist whose popular name is Levi Obu Onyeka reportedly buried some pregnant women and others alive for ritual sacrifice in his expanse country home in Enugu.
Nemesis caught up with him and his gang when they kidnapped a 13-year-old girl who was with his father on their way to the farm. The girl reportedly cried out where she was tied when the Local Security Agents and the Police operatives rescued her.
In a Press Release available to SOJ WORLDWIDE signed by the Service Public Relations Officer of the Nigerian Immigration Service, ACI AS AKINLABI, said the suspect is in their custody, to be handed over to the police for further investigations.
“The Comptroller General, Nigeria Immigration Service, KN Nandap pcc, mmis, fsmn has confirmed the arrest of Obi Levi Obieze, alias Levi Obu Onyeka, a male individual wanted by the Nigeria Police Enugu State Command for alleged involvement in abduction, kidnapping, and ritual killing.

According to reports, Obi Levi Obieze, a resident of Umuojor village in Isiagu Community, Enugu State, and a known native doctor, is alleged to have been involved in the kidnapping of a 13-year-old girl on 27th May, 2025. The victim was reportedly abducted by a group of three men while walking with her father to farm. She was subsequently rescued by the police from a shrine purportedly linked to the suspect, according to a news article published on 28th May, 2025, by a national newspaper.
3. Through credible intelligence, Obi Levi Obieze was apprehended by vigilant men of the Nigeria Immigration Service, Lagos State Border Patrol Command, at Gbaji checkpoint along Badagry-Seme Road while attempting to flee the country on a motorcycle.
He is currently in custody and his identity has been confirmed through a National Identity Management Commission enrollment slip found in his possession. During initial questioning, he admitted to the alleged crimes.
