OSUN Online Media (OOMPA) congratulates Senator Adeleke as he receives Certificate of Returns as Gov-Elect in Osun

Osun Online Media Practitioners Association (OOMPA) has congratulated Senator Ademola Adeleke as he received his Certificate of Returns from the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) as the Osun State Governor-Elect on Wednesday, July 20, 2022.

Senator Adeleke, a candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Saturday July 16 gubernatorial election, defeated 14 other candidates to win the race.

In a statement jointly signed by the Chairman of the OOMPA, Jare Ismahil Tiamiyu and the Publicity Secretary, Comrade Bright Olorungbotemi, the online publishers prayed to God to grant Governor-elect Ademola Adeleke, wisdom, knowledge, strength and diplomacy to paddle the canoe of leadership in the State.

The association also pledged unalloyed support and unflinching co-operation with the government all in the task of moving Osun State forward and to uplift the state with accurate, developmental information and solution journalism.

“We shall be here not only to be the watchdog but also to be the pointer and amplifier of your developmental strides.”

Osun Online Media Practitioners Association, however wished the Governor-elect the very best with sound health and positive vision to excel in the herculean task before Him to carry out developmental programmes and people-oriented policies.
