17-year-old SS2 student of Ataoja Government High School, Mathew Ajayi was among groups of teenagers and youths paraded by the Osun State Police Command for various offences ranging from cultist, robbery, stealing and burglary.

Nemesis however caught up with him when he went to Brewery of Nigeria at the Stadium in Osogbo to break into a shop selling drinks where he was caught and beaten blue and black by angry residents.
Mathew who confessed that he started stealing when he was 13 years said his mother is a Teacher while his father is an Okada Rider both in Osogbo.
The Osun State Commissioner of Police, CP Olawale Olokode was represented by his Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, SP Yemisi Oplalola at the parade of the suspected criminals.
After the parade, she urged residents of Osun State to always report any suspicious movements and acts of criminalism in their neighborhood to the Police to bring a lasting peace to Osun State.
