Popular Hip-Hop Artist, Sound Sultan is dead after brief illness

Popular singer, Lanre Fasasi, aka Sound Sultan, is dead after a brief illness.

The 44 years old Jagbajantis crooner died following his battle with cancer of the throat.

Though, some close allies of the deceased said it’s Cancer of the lymphoid tissue….a lymphoma, the ugly news is that, the young and talented artiste died of cancer. So sad.

Recall that the singer’s elder brother, Baba Dee, debunked reports his younger brother Sound Sultan had throat cancer.

According to multiple media reports on Wednesday, May 12th, 2021,Sound Sultan was said to have been reportedly diagnosed with throat cancer and currently undergoing chemotherapy in the US.

Baba Dee, in an interview, said: “He is sick and he is getting better in New York. But throat cancer. Na lie.”
But today, he has been confirmed dead.
