SENATOR IFEANYI ATTACK: His Driver Managed To Maneuver, Drives Away, how titled Chief was shot dead – Eyewitness Reveals

Following the attack of Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, Senator representing the Anambra South constituency, an eyewitness narrates how the Senator escaped the deadly attack yesterday 12 September, 2022.

 

 

It was revealed that the senator lost some of his aides and escorts, 6 policemen in the attack. Even a titled chief in the neighboring Nri community who was not part of his convoy was also killed in during the attack.

 

 

According to the information revealed by the eyewitness, ten personnel who were in the convoy were killed at a spot by the gunmen.

The treasurer, Mr. Ikechukwu Odum, and the personal assistant to the senator, Mr. Goodness Mathias were among the victims of the attack.

Also, a titled chief who was driving a big SUV, from the neighboring Nri community was shot to death thinking he was part of the convoy. It was said that the chief was on his way back after dropping one of his visitors off in Enugwu-Ukwu.

Adding that due to the confusion there were collisions of cars, but the driver of the senator managed to maneuver out of the damaged cars and drive away. Because the car is said to be a bulletproofed vehicle
