“As a soldier, my last salary was 109k. It was 51k before, they just increased it to 109 last year. Our uniform alone is 55k, boot is 60k and we pay for them with our money,” he said.

Furthermore, he revealed that soldiers also pay for helmets and bulletproof vests with their personal funds, a situation that raises concerns about the welfare structure in the military.

“Same with helmet and bulletproof vest. We buy them ourselves,” he added.
