The winner who took home cash prize of N300,000 and N1.5m recording deal EMERALD Music Label is Master Oluwakunle Adeyemo, a graduate of English and Literary Studies at the Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko, Ondo State, Nigeria.
Master Adeyemo who was carried shoulder high by his fans and friends was highly elated when he was announced as the winner of the first edition of the SKY MUSIC-SING OUT NIGERIA SEASON 1 competition.

He along with other five contestants rendered personal songs and copyright songs given to them by the organizers of the event.
Adeyemo was able to display with dexterity a popular song by the Afrobeat King, Fela Anikulapo Kuti, “SHAKARA OLOJE” to the admiration of the guests at the TROPICAL SUN EVENT CENTRE, Idimu in Lagos.

Adeyemo was flanked by his mother, Deaconess (Mrs) Olayemi Esther Adeyemo whom Oluwakunle said she was his major inspiration when he was on stage.
Other winners are,
Afford Rita and Benson Ayodeji won the Runner Ups with cash prizes of N100,000 and N500,000 Recording Deal each with EMERALD Label.
Robert Philip won the 1st Runner Ups with N100,000 cash Prize.

Ugorji Chisom and Akolawole Tobiloba got Consolation Prizes according to the Management decision.
