Full Speech to Delegates:
“Soon we will freely and fairly nominate the person to follow President Muhammadu Buhari’s as our next standard bearer.
For you delegates, this is a heavy responsibility, I know you will meet this duty with seriousness it deserves. The convention also mark the end of the the first phase of year 2023 election cycle. This primary election is the one of the tense competition among those who aspire to the nomination.
“I commend the other Aspirant for the dignifity and Zeal with which they have conducted their campaigns. Such strong persistent competition will make us better as a party.
“By today’s end, you would have selected party’s candidate. We will definitely watch to see a great process to win. We must emerge from today a unified folks.

“Candidate you select must deliver victory in the national election and have the personal gravity and national recognition to follow through to victory in the State and Local Government elections.
“He must exhibit a sense of victory and confidence. Moreover the candidate must unite Nigerians upon what supply from all part of the country.
“He must have the experience leadership, knowledge and extensive personal contact to spear the diverse complicated Nigerians through this challenging period which should be a dynamic one.The other candidates are all great men and women but I sincerely believe I am the person this prospect call for.
“I have the experience, as well the transformation of Lagos from a dangerous, unwell coming phase in 1999 to a clean, safe and vibrant place and a big largest economy in Africa today.
“I am the serious Man with a serious purpose and I will use all that. And all my abilities to benefit people. Am a unified leader, I have constructed a commendable formidable structure, one that has deliver electoral victory after electoral victory.

“I do not put myself forward because I think this is the nomination in Nigeria. I stand forward because I believe I can lead our party towards the brightest future.
“I have expertise in my record of corporate leadership, my financial expert, my experience as an Executive Governor of Lagos made me unique among other aspirants. Giving me the requisite skill to accelerate the progressive report that will change the face of a national economy.
“I cannot on this day, talk on the brighter and prosperous future without the fearing my determination to fight terrorism, and insecurity to the very end.
I vow to do anything possible to ensure justice and forever erase terror from our land.
“Today, we decide our presidential nominee, let me be the man, who can best articulate a vision of progress and development then implement it.
I humbly ask you to nominate me as the party Presidential Candidate because I am confident, competent, courageous and ready to start from day one
