THE Petition of Allied People’s movement struck out for incompetence by the Court of Appeal.
Assuming this court has jurisdiction on issue of nomination of 3rd Respondent, the matter is statute barred and incompetent.
The APM petitioner has no locus standi to challenge the nomination of candidate of another political party. The petition  also struck out on the ground of lack of locus standi to raise issue of valid nomination of Kashim Shettima.
The 5th Respondent, Ibrahim Masari, ought not to have been joined. No claim against him. His name should be struck out.
