THE Ministerial Nominee from Kaduna State, Alhaji Balarabe Abbas on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 slumped during his screening exercise at the National Assembly.
Abbas was replaced with the former Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El’Rufai whose nomination was rejected by the National Assembly.
