The Chelsea man looks to have played his to have played his last match for the Blues and is set for a move to Monaco.
Csec Fabregas could be announced as a Monaco player today, according to reports.

The former Arsenal and Barcelona man bid an emotional farewell to English football on Saturday in Chelsea’s FA Cup win against Nottingham Forest.
Fabregas all but confirmed after the game that he will be joining Monaco and claimed: “everyone knows the situation.â€

It was earlier revealed this week that the 31-year-old will move to the Ligue 1 side and will meet up with former team-mate Thierry Henry.
