COURT restrains Adeoye Akintoye from arresting, harassing Salau family in Lagos

FEDERAL High Court has restrained Adeoye Akintoye from arresting and harassment of members of Salau family of Abule Paanu in Ibeju Lekki , Lagos State for a matter that is purely civil contract.

The Federal High Court sitting in Lagos presided by Honourable judge Bogoro has granted an injunction restraining Adeoye Akintoye and his Company, the New Creation Property, the Inspector General of police and others from carrying out any form of arrest or further act of harrassment or molestation through the use of instrumentality of the police against The Salau Family represented by Ismaila Salau.

The Fundamental Rights Enforcement proceeding was filed by the Applicant in the case suited FHC/L/CS/1293/2021.

The said Order was granted on the 25th day of November,2021 upon the application filled and moved by Taiwo Hassan Bello Esq.
