The Headmaster of Madrasa Kwara State has explained why their students were beaten mercilessly on the order of the management of the school that sparked negative reactions on social media.

He said the students were beaten in order to enforce discipline in the school as reported by their parents.
One of the students beaten, at the Assembly of the students narrated what led to their punishment as earlier explained by the Headmaster that the students went to the club pouring Trophy beer on the celebrant head and also drinking various types of alcoholic drinks at a club house.
