Former House of Representatives member and the Chairman/CEO of Oodua (90.9FM), Ile-Ife, Hon Rotimi Makinde has added another feather to his caps after the formation of Oodua FM.

This time, the never-say-die, Makinde has come up with a new innovative idea of a new First Class 5-Star Hotel, Capricornian Hotel for maximum relaxation, recreation and comfort that would wipe away any categories of stress. The hotel gives out weekly clubbing, lodging and entertainment of guests in executive bar.

Capriconian Hotel is set for a relaunch on a spectacular 59th National Independence Day of Nigeria, October 1, 2019 starting from 8.00pm.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Lagos/Ogun State boundary axis, Alagbole near Ojodu Berger.

Going back into the memory lane,  the hotel was demolished to give way to dual carriage way linking Ojodu-Berger-Alagbole to Sango by the past administration of Governor Ibikunle Amosun without compensation as promised till the end of his tenure.

Hon Makinde told SOJ WORLDWIDE ONLINE NEWS that the hotel is a ‘relaunch’ of the previous one demolished by Amosun with the state-of-the-art amenities.

In his word, the former Nollywood star said,  “In what look like total reloading and complete innovation..Capricornian Hotel is set for relaunch comes Oct 1, 2019.

“The hotel with modern amenities and total overhauling with modern kitchen and beautiful Club House wears new look with serious intention to kill the stress from their lodgers.

“It’s definitely going to be a good story in the Hospitality Industry with the reloading of Capricornian Hotel located in the heart of Alagbole Ajuwon Road near Ojodu Berger, the neighbouring town of Lagos.”
