Ifisin-Ekiti To Celebrate 38th Ifisin Day In A Grand Style With HRM Oba Pastor Fabunmi

The stage is now set for Ifisin-Ekiti Day as the town is already agog as HRM Oba Pastor Michael Folarin Fabunmi on is going to play host to all sons and daughters of Ifisin on Saturday, October 12, 2019, for the celebrations.

In a statement released to SOJ WORLDWIDE ONLINE NEWS, the Aare Bobagunwa, Hon Ibrahim, he said the town is already agog for the 38th Anniversary that will attract indigenes from all walks life to Ifisin-Ekiti.

Ifisin-Ekiti is a Town, according to historians that is as old as any other contemporary Towns in Ekiti State and in Nigeria.

The town is situated in Ido/Osi Local Government Area of Ekiti State.

The land area is approximately 9,000 square kilometres.  It enjoys link roads to Abuja, Ikole, Ifaki, Omuo, Lokoja just to mention but few.

The residents whose population are about 20,000 majorities of who have travelled beyond the shores of the town to cities in Nigeria and diaspora are into subsistence farming.

The 38 Ifisin Day promises to be a day never to be forgotten easily as sons and daughters from Nigeria and abroad have promised their readiness to come en masse to celebrate the day.

HRM Oba Fabunmi was one of the Royal fathers that move beyond his environment far and near to bring personalities that will impact positively into the lives of his people.
