A tragic incident occurred on Tuesday evening in Ilorin, Kwara State, as Wuraola, a fresh graduate of Kwara State Polytechnic, was allegedly stabbed by her elder sister, Adunni, just six days after signing out.
Sources say the two sisters, who lived together, got into a heated disagreement around 7pm. Though the exact cause of the dispute remains unknown, it quickly escalated, and Adunni reportedly reached for a pair of scissors and attacked her sister.
Wuraola suffered a deep wound and lost a significant amount of blood. Sadly, despite efforts by a neighbour and a friend who rushed to get two pints of blood she didn’t survive.

Adunni allegedly fled the scene afterward, and her whereabouts are currently unknown. The heartbreaking incident has left the community in disbelief, as Wuraola’s life was tragically cut short by someone she once trusted.
