KOGI State Governor, Yahaya Bello has denied that there was an assassination attempt on his life while traveling from his State to Abuja on Sunday evening.
The Governor who specifically denied the Press Release signed by his Commissioner of Information, said at about 4.00pm while on his way to Abuja, his security aides had a fracas with other sister security agents at a Checkpoint.
He added that the issue had been resolved but that the incident needed to be investigated and culprits punished accordingly.
