Lagos Govt reacts to School Assembly where children recite National Anthem in Lagoon (WATCH THE VIRAL VIDEO)

Lagos State Government has reacted to the video going viral on social media on Monday with clarification that the school was a private owned school in Makoko area of Lagos.

The statement available to SOJ WORLDWIDE, explained that the school is being rebuilt by the state after the demolition of the previous building.

‘The school assembly viral on social media is a low cost private school in Makoko, Lagos State.

The video was taken some months ago by a church that wanted to use the video to raise funds for the school.

The building has been demolished and is being built.

Lagos State authorities are sending officials there on Monday to ascertain level of progress.
