Ademola Afolabi Kazeem, popularly known as Adekaz, has been declared wanted by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) for alleged illegal drug trafficking.
According to Reports, Kazeem is a popular socialite in Lagos and the owner of the Adekaz Hotels.
Femi Babafemi, the NDLEA director of media and advocacy, stated that it became necessary to declare the socialite wanted after he failed to honour several invitations.
Adekaz Babafemi disclosed that the agency approached a federal high court in Lagos on Monday, October 17, 2022, to seal some of his properties in Lagos and in Ibadan and block his bank accounts.
According to the NDLEA, the suspect is a drug kingpin who sponsored some traffickers recently arrested in their recent attempt to export cocaine to Dubai, the United Arab Emirates and other countries.
