OSUN Police arrests two 21-year-old men who stole Mercedes Benz worth N15m (SEE PHOTOS FOR THE RECORDS)

Crack team of the Osun State Police Command have arrested two young men, Chinedu Dicha (21) and Joseph Emmanuel (21) who conspired to steal a Mercedes Benz car, ML 350 REG. NO: LAGOS FST 707 GN worth N15 million from a company in Lagos but got arrested in Ikire area, Osun State.

The Osun State Commissioner of Police, CP Olawale Olokode while parading the suspects on January 7, 2022 confirmed that they were apprehended at Ikire, at the point of looking for buyers.

“On 05/01/2022 at about 1600hrs, upon a distress call received from Lagos State that, a Mercedes Benz car was stolen from a company located in Lagos State, the Police Command quickly strategized and during stop and search, the suspects were arrested with the stolen vehicle at Molak Area, Ikire while looking for buyer. Suspects confessed to have stolen the car from the company where they work as staff.

Both suspects are residing at Lekki, Lagos State, they will be charged to court after the completion of investigation.”
