Popular Radio Presenter, Baaroyin Is Dead

A Popular Yoruba program presenter Ishola Adekojo Baaroyin is dead.

The presenter was a presenter of a Yoruba programme on several radio stations across the Southwest and Kwara state during his lifetime.

His programme called Iririaye and Ogbonologbon was a programme that focused on stories of different developments in human life which others could learn from and was fashioned in line with Kola Olawuyi’s style of (IRIRI AYE)

The presenter died on the 16th of August 2021 and has been buried today August 20, 2021, in his hometown of Ogbomosho Oyo state. The cause of his death remains unknown at the time of this report.

The fans and colleagues of the deceased on radio have been lamenting his sudden death on Facebook and commiserated with his wife, children, and the family he left behind, describing his death as painful.

The late Ishola Adekojo Baaroyin was a former chairman of the Freelance Broadcaster Association of Nigeria (FIBAN) Kwara State Chapter. He was aged 52 years.

May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace.
