Responsibilities

The successful applicant will help manage SimpleFix Nigeria’s social-media presence and content strategy.

• Manage the monthly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn and X.
• Turn policy briefs into carousels, reels and other short-form content.
• Write social-media hooks, captions and carousel copy.
• Prepare briefs for graphic designers and video producers.
• Run campaigns around publications, webinars and other initiatives.
• Track social-media performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Manage replies, direct messages and comments.
• Use performance data to improve the social-media strategy.

Requirements

Applicants should have demonstrable experience managing social-media accounts for an organisation, brand or campaign. Experience gained through a personal account with genuine traction may also be considered.

Other requirements include:

• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to write engaging hooks, captions and carousel copy.
• Good understanding of the Nigerian context.
