Tinubu pays condolence visit to wife of late Yinka Odumakin

National Leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and former Lagos State Governor, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has put his political differences with the Odumakins aside to pay the wife of late Yinka Odumakin, Dr Joe Odumakin a condolence visit.

In fulfilment of the Yoruba adage which says, ” Ti a baja bii ka ku ko” (Though we may have differences but not to wish each other dead), Tinubu met with Josephine Odumakin to condole with her at this turbulent times of her husband’s demise.

“With Dr Josephine Odumakin, wife of late Afenifere Spokesman Yinka Odumakin, during a condolence visit to the Odumakin Family at the residence of the Odumakin’s at Omole Estate, Ikeja, Lagos.”

Tinubu had earlier poured historic encomiums on Yinka Odumakin on Sunday after his untimely death was announced.

He said the story of democracy in Nigeria is incomplete without Yinka Odumakin.
