Who is a man of God?

This is a probing question that only those who can discern will be able to answer.
There are many Pastors in Nigeria that you hardly know who the man of God is really. How many of these men of God are called by God?
The recent event speaks volume where the so called men of God were seen getting involved in criminal acts.
There are genuine men of God who are serving God in spirit with full commitment but how many are they? They are very scanty.
The confession of Pastor Oluwatobiloba Ipense who manages a big church in Papalanto, Ewekoro Local Government, Ogun State is an amazing scandal unheard of.
This man allegedly conspired with another ‘man of God’, Prophet Daniel Sopeju who is also a Pastor in Celestial Church with others lured an innocent member of their church until she was killed and her body dismembered.
Pastor Oluwatobiloba confessed that the remains of the woman, Mrs Raliat Sanni was buried in a room close to the altar in the church premises. A man of God indeed!

The woman was said to also be a woman friend of Pastor Oluwatobiloba.
This also serves as a warning to our womenfolk to probe the “men of God†they patronise because of their problems. Several cases abound where many women have been used for ritual purposes in a bid to get solutions to their problems.
Our relationship with God is personal, anyone can approach God directly with whatever problems, and he is there to provide solution provided you have faith in him.

He can never forsake those who diligently seek Him. Even if you are a sinner, He is ready to forgive all your sins if only you can forsake it with genuine repentance instead of approaching those that will add to your problems.
Mrs. Raliat Sanni walked her way into avoidable death. It was not an ordinary death, it was a painful death with her head and hands cut off before burying the remaining part.
All her children, husband and her 75 year old mother are mourning for their breadwinner who was cut short at her prime age.
I hope we will all learn from this example, for, the bible says, “…Not all those who called me God shall enter into the Kingdom of God.â€
What is expected of you and I is to, “Watch and pray.â€
