THE Jagaban of Borgu, the ‘Emi Lokan’ Crooner and one of the foremost Presidential Aspirant of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu crushed other 13 contestants including the Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo (SAN) in the party’s presidential primary held at the Eagle Square, Abuja.

The Special Convention started between June 6-8, 2022.

From all the 40 sorted and counted, Tinubu maintained the lead with a landslide figures against other 13 contestants.

ONU – Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu having scored 2,271 was declared the winner of the APC Presidential primary election.

Tinubu will represent APC in the 2023 Presidential Election.

It would be recalled that seven prominent Presidential Aspirants including the only woman stepped down for Tinubu while the youngest 40-year-old aspirant, Felix Nicholas stepped down for Osunbajo.

APC will have to contend with the former Vice Presidentt Atiku Abubakar in the next year’s (2023) presidential elections.
