A ghastly accident involving two BRT buses occured in front of Conoil, Valley Estate along Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway Lagos occured on Tuesday morning.
According to an eyewitness, the BRT attempt to avoid an Okada Rider when he had a head on colling with another bus.
No death was recorded as at the time of filing this this report.
Muyiwa Ogundele wrote on his Facebook Account,
“A serious accident has occurred on the BRT corridor, just in front of Conoil at Valley Estate, inward IleZik on the Lagos-Abeokuta Express Way.
Two BRT buses collided whilst trying to dodge an Okada rider with at least one critical injury amongst varying injuries to occupants of the buses.
Mehn, this is serious…💔”
Another eyewitness, Jerry Douglas wrote,
“A serious accident involving two high-capacity buses just occurred at the BRT corridor in front of Conoil Valley Estate inward Ile-Zik on the Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway.
LASTMA LRU, Fire and rescue service, and police are on ground doing the needful.
May God protect our going and coming 🙏”
