BREAKING:. SUPREME Court dismisses OYETOLA’S petition, upholds ADELEKE’S as Osun Governor

THE Supreme Court sitting in Abuja on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 dismissed the appeal filed by former Governor of Osun State, Adegboyega OYETOLA in the election petition he filed against the incumbent Governor, Senator Ademola Nurudeen Jackson ADELEKE.

 

 

 

OYETOLA’s petition was overturned at the Court of Appeal having won at Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Osogbo.

 

 

 

He appealed against the Appeal Court ruling at the Supreme Court in Abuja.
