Emir Gwandu speaks on how he escapes death, see car riddled with bullets

The bandits attacked the convoy of the  Emir of Birnin-Gwari, Alhaji Zubairu Jibril Mai Gwari with his car riddled with bullets but his orderly and the driver managed to escape unhurt in the attack on Monday, March 15, 2021.

The Emir who was the target of the attacked was not part of the entourage, he took a relief from the Nigerian Air Force that took him to Kaduna in the evening.

The Emir reacted to the attack,

“In the last minute I decided to ask for a relief from the Nigerian Air Force, they brought me to Kaduna that was how God made it.

I was not in the car but it was clear the bandits targetted my car but Allah protected my driver and orderly, only my car got some bruises but we thank God.”
