GBADE, Brother to OAU student, Timothy Adegoke murdered in Hilton Honours Hotel reacts to Court judgement

PRINCE Gbade Adegoke immediate senior brother to Timothy Adegoke who was murdered in Hilton Honours Hotel owned by Rahman ADEDOYIN in Ile-Ife on November 5, 2021 has reacted to the landmark judgement delivered by Justice Oyebola Adepele-Ojo at the Osun State High Court sitting in Osogbo last week.

Timothy was an MBA-EXECUTIVE student of the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Osun State.

Gbade in a chat with SOJ WORLDWIDE Correspondent, thanked God Almighty for his protection over his life, the children, wife Timothy left behind and family.

According to him, his life was threatened, he was offered bribe by agents of Adedoyin to bury the case but God uphold him to stand firm until the day of judgement.

“I thank God over my life and the family Timothy Oludare Adegoke left behind during the celebrated trial.

I want to specially appreciate our Lawyer, Femi Falana (SAN), Fatimah and his team likewise the Chief Judge, Justice Oyebola Adepele-Ojo, the Investigating Police Officer in charge Osun State Police Command and FIB, Abuja led by Tunde Disu.

I specifically give kudos to Social Media Journalists including Alhaji Oriyomi Hamzat for standing with us, he was even got harassed and got detained for Timothy to get justice. Others are Gistlovers, Wo TV, Lastisnel in UK, Ajikendupe from Chicago, Gbagede Imo in Ogun State, Pankere Oro, SOJ WORLDWIDE and others too numerous to mention here.”

Actually, the judgement will not bring back my brother, but thank God Almighty for the judgement.

It will be recalled that the owner of Hilton Honours Hotel Ile-Ife, Rahman ADEDOYIN was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment and sentence to death by hanging, two of his staff were also sentenced to death sentence by hanging.

Three other staff were set free while the Receptionist, Adesola Adedeji was sentenced to two years imprisonment to start counting from the day she was detained.
