HEARING on Defamation of Character by Minister of Sports, Sunday Dare against Bash Ali holds for hearing

LAWSUIT of Defamation of Character brought against the Minister of Sports, Sunday Dare by the World Heavyweight Boxing Champions, Bash Ali (OON)w come up for hearing on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 in Abuja.

According to a Press Release personally signed by Bash Ali, the hearing will take place at the Federal High Court, Court Number 4, FCT, Abuja at 9.00a.m.

INFORMATION ON SECOND COURT HEARING ON THE LAWSUIT BY BASH ALI (OON), AGAINST NIGERIA’S SPORTS MINISTER, SUNDAY DARE, AND THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF NIGERIA

THE CHARGES: The first defendant, Sunday Dare, is charged with defamation of the character of the world boxing champion, Bashiru (Bash) Ali, OON, & the consequent loss of wages.

HEARING DATE: Tuesday, February 15, 2022.

TIME: 9am.

LOCATION: Federal High Court of Nigeria in Abuja, Judicial Division; near the Federal Secretariat, Abuja; Court number 4.
