HON OWOEYE expresses gratitude to Gov Oyetola, Famodun, others as new the Executive Chairman of Obokun East LCDA

Honorable Owoeye Samuel Abiodun (OSA) has expressed his profound gratitude to the Osun State Governor, Adegboyega Oyetola, the Osun State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prince Gboyega Famodun and the good people of Obokun East LCDA for their maximum support on his election as the Executive Chairman of Obokun East LCDA and his subsequent swearing in on Monday, October 17, 2022.

Owoeye, in a chat with the SOJ WORLDWIDE Correspondent thanked His Excellency, Governor Gboyega Oyetola for the  opportunity given him to serve the people at the grassroots; pledging his unalloyed loyalty and  promising not to disappoint Mr. Governor.

The Chairman also showed his appreciation to the amiable Mother of the State, Alhaja Kafayat Oyetola and  the Deputy Governor, Gboyega Alabi who he described as a complete progressive gentleman.

The new elected Chairman was also full of gratitude to the Speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Timothy Owoeye for his leadership quality.

Speaking further, Owoeye said,

“My appreciation goes to my Royal fathers: ( Kabiyesi Owamiran of Esa Oke, Kabiyesi Owa Afole of Otan Ile, Kabiyesi Owa Ilare, Kabiyesi Owa IMESI-ILE and Kabiyesi The Ejemu Oje of Esa Odo) To Oloris and Chiefs in Esa-Oke, Esa-Odo, Otan Ile,  llare and lmesi-lle l say a big thank you, Olowu of Kuta, HRH Oba Makama and all our revered Traditional Rulers in and  outside Osun State who have been of tremendous support, l say thank you.

I want to thank my Spiritual fathers: Pastors, lmams and Traditional leaders l appreciate you all.

Can l forget members of the best Tennis Club in Nigeria, Osogbo Tennis Club (OTC) for your wonderful support? Certainly not.

My gratitude also goes to The Irapada Generalissimo Prof Andrew Ifemidayo Akinmoladun and all our party’s  Candidates for the National and State Assemblies.

To my friends within and outside the state, Nigeria, even in diaspora, I thank you all.

All my efforts would not have yielded any positive results but for maximum supports for my loving wife, my children and my entire family for always being there for me at the time I needed them most.  God bless you.

Last but certainly not the least, I thank others that have Contributed Physically, Spiritually and Financially.

In conclusion, l want to use this medium to appeal to our APC family in  the Five Wards that made up Obokun East LCDA to let us reposition our party through *loyalty* and *agreement of* *purpose* for us to be able to change the political narrative of our LCDA, even as we approach next year’s general elections. l promise  to usher in a people oriented and all inclusive government that will bring a radical departure from the past. It is going to be a government for all with tangible developments just as l promise to implement my Six-Point Agenda for the good of all.
