The Nigeria Police Force on Wednesday ordered discreet investigations into the dehumanizing treatment meted out to the UI graduate, Omotola in a video that went viral on video.

In a statement ordered by the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Adamu Muhammed on the official Twitter Page of the @PoliceNG, IGP ordered, “discreet investigations into the circumstances surrounding the dehumanizing treatment meted out to a female citizen in the above viral video.”

“Members of the public are hereby assured that any member of the Force found culpable in the incident will be made to face appropriate sanctions.”
