About the Role

The Warehouse Controller leads and optimizes warehouse operations (receipt, storage, replenishment, shipping and returns) to meet and exceed set goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc., B.Tech or HND in a related field
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
• Computer literate, with MS Office/Excel skills
• Strong, assertive and compliance driven
• Creative, dependable and self-motivated
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• • Manage and improve daily warehouse operations: receipt, storage, offloading and loading
  • Manage company assets in line with policy and procedure
  • Conduct monthly stock counts and drive inventory accuracy
  • Ensure satisfactory and on-time delivery to customers
  • Process customer receipts and pass customer credit
  • Manage inter-depot and inter-warehouse transfers
  • Drive achievement of warehouse PIs and KPIs
  • Cascade team and individual goals and manage team performance
  • Develop and implement process standards such as SOPs and OPLs
  • Maintain and improve safety behaviors on the shop floor
  • Ensure optimal use of warehouse space, forklifts and human resources
