Famurewa Congratulates Newly Elected Osun APC Assembly Members, Asks Them To Be Good Ambassadors

The lawmaker representing Ijesa South in the House of Representatives, Hon. Israel Ajibola Famurewa has congratulated lawmakers who were elected under the ruling All Progressives Congress.

In a release he made available on Sunday, Famurewa attributed the victory of 22 out of the 26 seats in the Osun State House of Assembly to the giant strides of the ruling APC administration.

According to Famurewa, the candidate of APC in Osun East Senatorial District election recently, the APC lawmakers should make themselves good ambassadors of the state.

He said they should be ready to serve the state and also complement the efforts of past lawmakers in ensuring developmental legislation for the state.

He said, “I congratulate all the APC lawmakers elected by the voters of Osun state to represent them in the House of Assembly. It was a great feat.

” This shows that APC is working in Osun and that people are ready to keep enjoying the dividends of democracy that our party has been providing.

“While congratulating our newly elected honourables, I want to urge them to make themselves ambassadors of peace, growth and development.
