Promotion letters to all categories of workers in Osun state who took part in the recently conducted promotion exercise will, accordingly be issued to them with immediate effect this week.

The state Head of Service, Dr Olowogboyega Oyebade disclosed this while addressing the teaming population of the workers of different Ministries, Departments and Agencies of government of the state .
Justifying the development which he said couldn’t have come at a better time than now, Dr Oyebade said since the creation of the state.
in its over 30 years of existence, no administration has been magnanimous and worker friendly like the Oyetolas.
The visibly elated workers couldn’t hide their feelings as they shouted and clapped endlessly for the governor, Mr Adegboyega Oyetola shortly after the pronouncement by the Osun Head of Service.
In his address during a one-on-one official visits to the different Ministries Departments and Agencies of government in which he was accompanied by the top echelon of the office led by its permanent secretary ,Mr Ayanleye Aina, Dr Oyebade told the elated male and female workers that the issuance of the promotion letters received the automatic approval of the State Governor,Mr Adegboyega Oyetola.

Accordingly ,he noted that the development calls for greater dedication to duty by the entire state workers in line with the saying ,to whom much is given, much in return is expected .
The Osun number one civil servant who sought the support and cooperation of the entire workers in the reelection bid of governor Oyetola while addressing the workers ,noted that the last four years of the present administration in Osun under Oyetola has been quite remarkable and exemplary for workers particularly in terms of welfare, job security ,training and retraining.
Apart from collecting their salaries as and when due which is a far departure from the hitherto half salaries being paid by the immediate past administration, Dr Oyebade told workers of the different MDAs visited that recent development throughout Nigeria has revealed that Governor Oyetolas passion for workers is unequalled throughout Nigeria when placed side by side with other states in the country where workers in some cases are either being laid off or not collecting their salaries regularly because in most occasions ,resources accruing from the federation account are negatively skewed due to the existing bad economic realities in the country.
He recalled with joy and satisfaction that Osun state recently got a positive mention as one of the only four states in the federation that remitted its allowances to its retired workforce.

Describing the non appointment of the Permanent Secretaries in the different MDAs as a matter which will soon be a thing of the past especially when the resources of the state picks up positively, the Head of Service affirmed to the workers that a move to that effect will soon see the light of the day as Oyetola will not let any of the deserving Senior civil servants currently with the normenclature of the Coordinating Directors down.
He emphasised that if the administration of Oyetola could be paying regular salaries and even double salaries as it once did to workers ,it means all other demands yet to be will see the light of the day courtesy of governor Adegboyega Oyetola.
With the July 16 governorship election few days away , the Osun Head of Service at the different meetings with the staff of the different MDAs including their counterparts in the Bola Ige white house which is where the office of the governor is situated, zeroed in on the need for all the workers in Osun to continue to have strong faith and confidence in Mr Oyetolas commitment to continue to put smile on their faces.
To this end, he sought the need for them to give necessary backing for the actualisation of getting Mr Oyetola reelected so that the much sought dividends of democracy for workers being enjoyed by them now can be sustained.

In their different remarks one after the other, all the top management staff of over 20 MDAs visited by the H.O.S and the management staff of his office led by Mr Ayanleye Aina appreciated the visit just as they pledged their loyalty and support to the actualisation of governor Oyetolas reelection bid on the 16th of July in Osun state.
