Pastor Tolu Odukoya, a prominent pastor and the Associate Senior Pastor of The Fountain of Life Church, has officially confirmed the end of her marriage. The announcement was made public during a candid interview, coming just weeks after she celebrated her 40th birthday.
The news has stirred conversations both within and outside the Christian community, given Pastor Tolu’s position as a respected spiritual leader and daughter of the late renowned pastors, Bimbo and Taiwo Odukoya.
Speaking during the interview, Pastor Tolu expressed that the decision to part ways was not made lightly, and came after “deep reflection, prayer, and attempts at reconciliation.”
“This has been one of the most difficult seasons of my life,” she said. “Marriage is a sacred institution, and I held on for as long as I could. But there comes a time when you must choose peace, healing, and wholeness — not just for yourself, but for those you lead.”
She did not go into specific details about the reasons behind the separation, but emphasized that the choice was made with mutual respect and in the best interest of everyone involved.
The Fountain of Life Church, which she now co-leads following the passing of her father, Pastor Taiwo Odukoya, in 2023, has expressed its full support for her.
