The alleged case of rape and molestation of a minor against Olanrewaju Omiyinka popularly known as Baba Ijesha is generating more heat as some legal minds are beginning to intervene for his release.

Former Chairman of Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Adesiru Ogunlana was in Panti Yaba for the purpose of effecting the release of Baba Ijesha.

According to the video monitored by SOJ WORLDWIDE, http://www.sojworldnews.com  Baba Ijesha was said to be limping while walking and looked emaciated but said he was not tortured or beaten by the police while in custody.

The legal luminary said there is no offence that is not bailable, even homicide, armed robbery are bailable, the police may not grant it but the High Court can grant.

He went further that rape offence is bailable.
