Brake failure of a truck and ten other vehicles at Ikotun Roundabout on the sloppy way to Synagogue resulted in the death of four persons on Saturday, August 24, 2021.

Lagos State Transport Management Authority LASTMA) confirmed the accident.
The accident which involve a Lexus salon car (Blue) and Daf (Yellow and Black), Motorbikes (Okada ) it was gathered happened around at about 1pm .
Four lives were lost as a result of the accident. The Ikotun divisional Police Station officers were deployed to the scene.
