The Osunmakinde Olosunde Family of Ago Compound Ileogbo, in Ayedire Local Government Area of Osun State, has seriously warned land grabbers and speculators to stay away from their family land located at Mamu Oke Osun Village, Osun State to avoid being prosecuted in the Law Court.
In a Press Statement issued in Ileogbo by Chief S.O Olosunde, the representative of Osunmaknde family to SOJ WORLDWIDE, said notorious land grabbers and speculators who engage in indiscriminate selling of land in the area will face the full wrath of the law if they persist in the illegal act.
Chief Boye Olosunde who was installed as the Baale of Oke Osun Mamu District, by the Olufi of Gbongan in Ayedaade Local Government Area of the State in 2003 and later reconfirmed in 2010 by the late Oba Musa Adisa Akintomide, the Olu of Ileogbo Kingdom, stated that it is Osunmakinde family of Ago Compound, Ileogbo, who owns the landed property in Mamu
The historical fact had been established by a Court of competent jurisdiction.
Chief Olosunde strictly cautioned land grabbers and their sponsors to stay off Mamu Oke Osun Village as the Court pronouncement on the Osunmakinde rulership authority to the land is still in operation.
In the meantime, a video clip is making the rounds alleging a Monarch in the Local Government Area, of selling the land which belongs to the Osunmakinde family in Mamu Oke osun.
This is to alert the general public to be aware of this warning and stay away from the land to avoid prosecution.
