The Directorate of State Security otherwise known as the DSS on Friday afternoon rearrests the right activist and Publisher of Sahara Reporters, Omoyele Sowore in a ‘Gestapo’ manner amidst mass protests in Abuja barely 24 hours after he was released
Students, lawyers, activists, including the Human Right Lawyer, Mr Femi Falana (SAN) tried all they could to prevent the rearrest of Sowore at the Federal High Court premises in Abuja all to no avail as the DSS men armed to the teeth succeeded in having their way.
An angry activist whose identity was not known said President Muhammadu Buhari is a tyrant, that it is better he suspends the constitution, the judiciary, the National Assembly so that he becomes a full-blown dictator.
The rearrest of Sowore is already generating anger and protests across the globe because the ugly scene was beamed live on social media.
