- Nigeria’s Super Eagles on Wednesday cruised to the Semifinals of CAF 2019 competition by beating their South African counterpart by 2-1.
- The Nigeria’s Super Eagles was on the lead with a goal scored by number 13 Jersey, Samuel Chukwueze 27 minutes of the first half in the Quarter final of the 2019 Confederation of African Cup.A free kick close to the 18th box of the Super Eagle saw the South African striker heading the ball into left corner of the net 71st minutes.
Although the linesman signaled that it was offside but some minutes of review, the Referee count it for the South Africans.
The second goal for Nigeria was scored by the number 5 Jersey 89th minute of second half.
