The Chairman of Osun State All Progressives Congress, Prince Gboyega Famodun and Secretary, Alhaji Rasak Sansile have been suspended indefinitely from the party signifying that danger is in the waiting for the ruling party in the state.
This might not be unconnected with the party’s primary election slated for July 19, 2018 in which Direct Primary was said to have been imposed on the party instead of the popular wishes of the people.
Addressing newsmen in Osogbo on Monday the Legal Adviser, Barrister Goke Ogunsola with other executive members of the party announced the suspension of the Chairman and the Secretary.
In a statement issued and made available to SOJWORLD.COM, Barrister Ogunsola said, “We hereby pass a vote of no confidence on the party Chairman and the Secretary for conniving with some unscrupulous elements to impose direct primary on the party against the popular wish…”
