The Southwest Governors, Senators, House of Representatives members, House of Assembly members came together in Abuja to deliberate on the ongoing Constitutional Review to forge a common front.
According to the Chairman of the Southwest Governors forum who spoke with the Press at the end of the meeting,
“Most of importantly, the meeting today deliberated on Constitutional Amendment and we have resolved that we will present a common position as regards amendment to the constitution and in order to achieve it, this meeting has set up a Committee to made up of Distinguished Senators led by the caucus Chairman…”
