Requirements
- β Hands-on experience with U.S. retailer routing and compliance (Walmart, Wayfair, Home Depot or similar)
- β Strong understanding of order processing and shipping documentation, including BOLs, labels and routing guides
- β Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- β Strong written English, since most of the work is email-based
- β High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workflows
- β Comfort working in a Windows environment with VPN and remote desktop access
- β Availability to work EST business hours
- β Nice to have: Spanish, experience with importers or consumer goods companies, and experience managing client accounts independently in a 3PL
Responsibilities
- πΉ Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts
- πΉ Receive, review and process incoming orders accurately
- πΉ Handle client communication by email and WhatsApp
- πΉ Coordinate shipment routing based on client and end-customer needs
- πΉ Ensure shipments meet retailer compliance standards
- πΉ Generate and manage bills of lading, shipping labels and compliance documents
- πΉ Maintain accurate records in the internal WMS and logistics tools
- πΉ Act as the liaison between the client and the warehouse manager
- πΉ Flag issues, track fulfillment status and keep clients informed
