THE Lecturer of the Imo State University (IMSU), Dr. Desmond Izunwanne was seen in a viral video monitored by SOJ WORLDWIDE slapping a  pregnant female student for coming late to lecture room and for not being in their departmental uniform.

 

 

 

 

 

Izunwanne asked the lady what was her reason for coming late, she said she was coming from the hospital. Her response earned her a slap. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The second question was, “why did you come in mufti”, her response also earned her the second slap.

She was asked to knee down in the class.

 

 

 

 

Meanwhile, the Management of IMSU has suspended the lecturer till further notice for gross misconduct.
